Tool engineers can save time and labor by using Techni-Tool spring plungers.Universally used to give sure and positive controlled spring tension infixtures, jigs, detents and dies. A black oxide finish resists rusting. Hardened steel plungers assure long life.

spring plunger diagramNOTE: Techni-Tool Spring Plungers are available with two spring pressures. Black nose with standard pressure and silver nose with light pressure. Steel bodies have a black oxide finish and case hardened nose. Nylon noses are also available and are generally used with soft materials such as aluminum, brass, etc. The nylon nose has high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and is reinforced for minimum deformation. Available in plain barrel or with nylon locking element -add “N” to part number for Nylok. pellet.
