This useful torque controlling device controls forward force and assemblies, machinery, etc. where ordinary torque screws would require considerable machining or customizing. A simple wrench adjustment in the trque handle permits holding pressure to be varied as needed. Adjustable from a 15 pound minimum. Threaded insert is hardened steel, handle is aluminum.
