Techni-Tool Ball Plungers are used for many locating applications, in dies, jigs, many fixtures and other tooling. They are also used in indexing automatic feed devices for gear shifters, as locators in progressive dies, in torque limiting clutches, for positioning levers, in gauges and anywhere else you need controlled pressure. Balls are made of hardened chrome steel for long life. Ball plungers are furnished in three end pressures and are color coded for easy identification. Black for standard end pressure; Silver for light pressure and Gold for heavy pressure.

NOTE: Sizes 4-48 through 8-36 are not supplied with Nylok® pellet. Nylon patch is available. Add "P" to part number. Sizes 10 - 32 and larger come with Nylok® pellet as standard equipment. Also available in stainless steel (with medium strength only).
